    Disappointing service. I ordered a half link for my VC and customer service could not care less to reply to my emails or pick up the phone. More than 6 weeks passed and still chasing the whereabouts of this link. Very poor for a luxury brand

    My initial enquiry for an appointment was disappointing as the response was unnecessarily dismissive from Emna. I called Vacheron and spoke with Annie who was very helpful. When I visited the store to service my Overseas it was Juan who helped me. Juan proved helpful explaining the various stages of the service needed and always keeping me posted. Celine the in-house watchmaker went out of her way to ensure my watch was in perfect condition, even replacing the crown. Super service and very pleased. Many thanks, Chris
